AQUAYER Yermolayev`s fertilizer Potassium – concentrated fertilizer for aquatic plants containing potassium. Necessary for new aquariums with plants, as well as for older aquariums with plants demanding high potassium content in the water. Part of Yermolayev`s system of fertilizers for aquarium plants (see infographic below).
Symptoms of potassium deficiency
Small round holes appear on the leaves. Yellowing of older leaves and their subsequent extinction.
How to use
The dosing of Yermolayev`s fertilizer Potassium should be the highest in new aquarium (0-1 month) – 1-2 mL per 5 L of water in aquarium weekly. Apply the fertilizer after weekly water change. The same dosage should be applied in mature aquarium (1-18 months) but calculated to volume of water for water change. In case of potassium demanding plants the dosage can me increased to 3 mL per 5 L weekly. The dosage for old aquariums (more then 18 months) can be considerably lower.
