Preparation Instructions

Heat water to 70°C (158°F).
Add 1 teaspoon of the herbal mix to 200ml of water.
Let the tea steep for 3–5 minutes.
Cool the tea for 15 minutes until it reaches 30°C (86°F) or lower.
