Mallow flowers are believed to protect mucous membranes, while sunflower is beneficial for the liver and gallbladder. Chamomile is believed to have a positive effect on the gastrointestinal tract and immune system. Calendula helps strengthen the body’s natural defenses. Hibiscus helps strengthen blood vessels, and white clover supports glandular and joint function. Cornflowers are believed to have a positive effect on appetite and urinary tract health, while lavender has a calming effect.
