AlgoStop depot from Tetra ensures a long-term algae-free aquarium and is ideally suited for all tanks from 40 l upwards. Due to the depot formula, the highly concentrated active ingredient is released slowly over a period of approx. four weeks and ensures long-term prevention of algae growth.
When used properly, AlgoStop depot is harmless to all aquarium inhabitants, plants and microorganisms. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use. The highly concentrated active ingredient actively intervenes in the metabolism of the algae and effectively prevents their formation. The aquarium water is not discoloured during application. It is recommended to aerate the aquarium with a pump during the use of AlgoStop depot in order to ensure a sufficient oxygen supply. In order not to further disturb the balance in the aquarium, it is advisable to remove dead algae mechanically, e.g. with a net. Tetra AlgoStop depot is suitable for all freshwater aquariums.
